How can I create an order?

To order, just remember these simple steps:

  1. Place the item in the basket: Select the desired size and select 'Add to basket'. When you have finished shopping, select the basket in the upper right corner.
  2. Select 'Go to checkout' from the shopping cart.
  3. Select or specify a delivery address.
  4. Choose a payment method, fill in the information where necessary, and click next.
  5. Check your order one last time and add voucher codes if you have one.

When your order is complete, you will see a confirmation on your screen. You will also receive a confirmation email with the order number as a reference and a link to the tracking number once the order has been dispatched so that you can track the delivery of your parcel.


How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

After completing the order, you will see a page showing the details of your order and payment.

Shortly after completing the order, we will send you an e-mail with the order confirmation.


How can I return my order?

If the item does not suit you, you have the right to return of unworn items for 14 days*.

You can return the items by handing the package over to the post office or by arranging to pick up the package. For that, follow these simple steps:

  1. Package the items you are returning and affix the attached return label to the shipment. Be sure to remove or cover the original shipping label. If you need a new return label, contact us. 
  2. If the order was paid for by cash on delivery, you will be asked to provide your bank details for the refund.
  3. You can make the return through the nearest post office. If you want to arrange to pick up the shipment from your home address, please contact the delivery provider directly.

Full refund processing can take up to 14 days, so keep proof of return until you receive your refund.

*Items that are only tried on for sizing are not considered worn.


When will I receive my refund?

It may take up to 14 days for your refund to be fully processed.

From the moment the shipment is handed over to our delivery partner, it takes up to 14 days for the return to be processed in the warehouse. The refund will appear on your credit or bank card within 14 days at the latest.

After the refund is processed, it may take up to 5 business days for the money to appear on your credit card. The return can be recorded on the account on the day of the return or on the day of the order.

Once we receive and process your refund, we'll send you a refund processing confirmation email. Refunds will be made to the payment method used during the purchase.

If you are returning items paid for by cash on delivery, you must enter your bank details when registering the return.



What if the ordered goods arrived damaged or defective?

We are sorry if your item arrived damaged or defective! Notify us by clicking on the "Contact" button and when entering the text, specify COMPLAINT in the message title.

We will contact you via email as soon as possible with the next steps, and within 7 working days at the latest.

 

How can I redeem an online store code?

You can use the discount code for shopping on the PUNTINO online store at the last step of the order when paying. Enter the code in the provided code entry field and it will be automatically applied to the amount in the cart. Only one code can be applied to the cart amount for one order.

 

My online shopping code is not working
