RETURN OF GOODS AND FUNDS
You have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days, without giving reasons.
The right to unilateral termination expires after 14 days from the day you acquired, or from the day when a third person named by you, other than the delivery person, acquired physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to unilateral termination, you must inform us (DANITEKS d.o.o., Ilica 37, 10000 Zagreb, e-mail: info@puntino.shop) of your decision to unilaterally terminate the contract with a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). For this purpose, you can use the attached termination form, but it is not mandatory.
Effects of Termination
In the event of unilateral termination of the contract, we will reimburse you for payments we have received from you, without undue delay and in no case no later than 14 days from the day we were notified of your decision to unilaterally terminate this contract. We will make the refund using the same payment method that You used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any additional charges as a result of such reimbursement. We reserve the right to refund costs after we receive the return of the goods.
You should send the goods back, unused in undamaged original packaging, to our address. You bear the costs of returning the goods. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the expiry of the 14 days. You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, except for handling necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and application of the goods.

COMPLAINTS AND REFUNDS
When picking up the goods, the buyer is obliged to check for any damage and immediately notify the delivery person who delivered the goods, or refuse to take delivery of a shipment with visible damage. When we deliver the package to your door and you pick up the goods with a mandatory signature on the delivery note, you confirm that the goods have been properly delivered.
All items are subject to the statutory deadline for complaints. If it happens within that period that the article, for example, has changed its properties, resulting from non-observance of prescribed care and maintenance procedures, Daniteks d.o.o. is not responsible for the resulting damages. Otherwise, you can return the item and we can repair it at our expense within a reasonable time. If repair is not possible, the item can be exchanged for the same or a similar new item or we refund the amount paid. Please contact us first with a description and/or photos of the damage at info@puntino.shop, and then we will proceed to deal with the return of the damaged item and the complaint.
LIABILITY FOR MATERIAL DEFECTS
The seller is responsible for material defects of the product in accordance with the Obligations Act (Articles 400-422). The seller is responsible for the material defects of the items that he had at the time of delivery to the buyer, regardless of whether he was aware of this. There is a material deficiency:
- if the object does not have the necessary properties for its regular use or for circulation,
- if the object does not have the necessary properties for the use for which the buyer is acquiring it, which was known to the seller or should have been known to him
- if the object does not have properties and characteristics that are expressly or tacitly contracted
- when the seller has delivered an item that is not equal to the sample or model, unless the sample or model is shown for information only if the object does not have properties that normally exist in other objects of the same type and that the buyer could reasonably expect, especially taking into account the public statements of the Seller, the manufacturer and their representatives about the properties of the object (advertisements, labeling of objects, etc.).
If the product has a material defect, the customer is obliged to notify the service provider in writing about the defect, describe the defect in detail and allow the service provider to inspect the product. Liability for material defects of the service provider does not exist in cases arising from the actions of the customer, especially if they arise due to improper use, a mechanical damage or insufficient interventions (repairs).
For the legal relations of the parties in connection with material defects, the provisions of the law on obligatory relations and/or the law regulating consumer protection are applied.
REMARKS AND OBJECTIONS
Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, Article 8, the customer can send his written complaints by email to: info@puntino.shop. To all remarks and objections Daniteks d.o.o. will respond within a maximum of 15 days.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The Seller and the Buyer will try to resolve any disputes by agreement and amicably, otherwise the court in the place of the seller's seat is competent.
